Traditionally management gurus have always said that good communication skills are very important for a person to become a leader. But how important is it really?
Can someone become a leader without being good in communication skills? Or can someone become a leader only because he/she has good communication skills?
If you have to choose one from the above what will be your answer?I think i will go for the 2nd option even though i know that there are many examples for the 1st option also.
